Job summary

FSRA, based in Toronto, seeks a Finance Transformation Lead for a 12-month interim contract to guide finance modernization, enterprise financial management, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and other partners to streamline operations, strengthen controls, and deliver value through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and modernization initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee ERP and Workday-related projects and financial system enhancements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and measure benefits realization.
• Provide strategic advisory support to CFO and senior leadership.
• Champion process improvement and change management across Finance.
