CAE seeks a Director, Finance Transformation to translate enterprise priorities into a structured portfolio of measurable, technology-enabled improvements across the global Finance function. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads large-scale initiatives for process optimization, margin improvement, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.

The incumbent will oversee the transformation roadmap, govern the portfolio, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Business Units

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior leadership roles within Finance.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation programs within complex global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Define the global Finance transformation strategy and translate enterprise objectives into a clear roadmap.
• Own and govern the Finance Transformation portfolio, including prioritization and investment planning.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs with scope, resources, and risk management.
