Job summary

RBC is seeking a Delivery Director in Toronto to lead Finance & Audit IT programs, including CFO Transformation Tech & Data workstreams. You will manage cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while aligning with enterprise goals.

The role requires a track record of leading large, complex transformation programs, deep IT infrastructure knowledge, and strong stakeholder management. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Canada.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong written and oral communication plus presentation skills.
• 10+ years managing large transformation programs.
• Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure and financial services industry.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Change management expertise and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on multiple high-value initiatives with complexity and risk.
• Plan, deliver, and implement across enterprise goals within time and budget.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with CFO and IT delivery teams.
• Establish governance and reporting metrics for KPIs.
• Communicate status to executive stakeholders and manage risks.
