Job summary

TD is seeking a highly motivated Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to drive end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery programs in large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting initiatives AML, FCCM, or compliance technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management/delivery practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams, vendors, budgets, and resource plans.
• Strong understanding of banking systems, regulatory reporting platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Solid technical foundation with experience in software development would be preferrable and modern architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Manage project deliverables across architecture, development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Securities, Wealth, Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Enterprise Technology teams.
• Manage complex integrations, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technology risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate environment builds, releases, production support activities, and defect remediation.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and operational requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, coaching, talent development, and resource management support to team members.
