Job summary

TD Finance is seeking a Finance Manager – Corporate Consolidations to lead end-to-end close-cycle reporting, governance, planning, and forecasting for the Corporate Segment. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across Finance, Treasury, and central teams to deliver accurate management reporting and decision support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience including close-cycle reporting, governance, planning and forecasting.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related.
• Accounting designation preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Segment close-cycle reporting, variance and driver analysis, and executive-ready narratives.
• Own planning, forecasting, and expense allocations; drive alignment with partner teams.
• Diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues involving treasury, liquidity, and data quality.
• Ensure governance, controls, and risk management across reporting and close-cycle processes.
