Job summary

TD in Toronto, Ontario, Canada seeks an experienced delivery lead for enterprise enabling functions. You will own business analysis, QA, testing, implementation, and post-production support while ensuring regulatory compliance and traceability across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business, compliance and technology teams; drive continuous improvement, governance of testing, and successful adoption. 8+ years in financial services is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience in financial services, payments, deposits, or regulatory transformation.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives within financial services.
• PMP, Agile Practitioner, or CSPO certifications are assets.
• Proficient in MS Office; Agile mindset with Product Owner approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including business analysis, QA, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Analyze current and future state processes, assess impacts, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Ensure requirements traceability from inception through change management.
• Provide SME guidance to drive value, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Define acceptance criteria, test strategies, and test plans aligned with controls.
• Lead assessment of opportunities and regulatory requirements with risk-balanced solutions.
• Govern test execution, defect management, and quality objectives oversight.
• Coordinate delivery and testing resources, environments, and dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
