Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for our Winnipeg Construction & Forestry location to grow customer relationships, drive sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods within the defined area.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, promote equipment and services, travel as needed, and collaborate with team members to meet targets while delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in heavy equipment a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Ability to present and negotiate with customers.
• Highly motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by Brandt.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote and sell New & Used Wholegoods.
• Promote rental and rental purchase options.
• Explain machine features to drive sales success.
• Maintain records of sales activities and quotations.
• Submit lost sales reports weekly to management.
