Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for the Mississauga Construction & Forestry location. The role focuses on creating and growing relationships to increase sales and rental revenue of new and used Wholegoods in the defined area of responsibility.

The candidate will understand equipment features and benefits, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and promote Brandt at industry events while managing records and reporting activity daily.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction and forestry equipment is a strong asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to travel; valid driver's license and passport preferred.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by Brandt.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote and sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase of equipment.
• Maintain product knowledge and industry awareness.
• Record sales activities and customer interactions; submit reports weekly.
