Job summary

STEP Energy Services Ltd. is seeking a Service Advisor in Canada to plan and coordinate field, shop, and third‑party repairs for equipment.

You will work closely with operations to move equipment between sites and ensure PM programs are followed across partner shops. You will visit third‑party shops for checks, provide quotes, and ensure quality control while coordinating quotes and POs with the maintenance admin team.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Fracturing equipment and Preventive Maintenance program.
A valid driver’s license with no conditions is required.
A minimum of five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate field, shop, and third-party repairs and related paperwork for equipment.
Collaborate with operations coordinators to move equipment to/from 3rd party shops.
Oversee the preventative maintenance program across 3rd party shops.
Visit 3rd party shops for equipment check-ups, ensure accurate quoting and quality control.
Monitor unit repairs at 3rd party shops from start to finish.
Work with maintenance administration on quotes and billing; issue POs for each project.
