Job summary

STEP Energy Services Ltd. is seeking a Service Advisor in Canada to plan and coordinate field, shop, and third-party repairs for fracturing equipment.

You will collaborate with operations, oversee the preventive maintenance program, and ensure accurate quoting and billing with third-party shops. Ideal candidates have at least five years of related experience, explicit knowledge of fracturing equipment, and strong MS Office 365 skills.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Fracturing equipment and Preventive Maintenance program.
  • A valid driver’s license with no conditions is required.
  • A minimum of five years of related experience.
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all field, shop and third-party repairs and related paperwork for equipment.
  • Collaborate daily with operations coordinators to ensure that there are plans in place to move equipment to and from 3 rd party shops.
  • Oversee the preventative maintenance program ensuring that programs are followed by all 3 rd party shops.
  • Visit 3 rd party shop for equipment check ups, ensure accurate quoting, quality control, and that required procedures are followed.
  • Follow unit repairs at 3 rd party vendor shops from start to finish.
  • Work with maintenance administration team on quotes and billing, ensuring PO’s are issued for each project and are up to date to align with quotes.
  • Liaise with the parts professionals ensuring that all shipping, receiving and related tasks are completed efficiently.
  • All other duties as assigned

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

Service Advisor
