Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field operations, supervise technicians, and drive service projects to on-time, on-budget completion across multiple sites. You will provide technical guidance, manage safety, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in wireless communication systems, scalable project management, and excellent leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum eight or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in field service operations, with supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in wireless communication systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee service teams and coordinate activities, resolving issues.
• Lead planning, execution, and completion of service projects within budgets and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting and solutions.
• Maintain regular customer communication to ensure service satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections and audits for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement for field operations.
• Document service activities and generate performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
