Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to lead customer projects from inception through closeout in our services organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize project performance, manage risks, and ensure on-time, profitable delivery while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing projects in field services or related industries.
• Knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage distribution solutions, UPS, cooling solutions, or similar offerings.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field services projects in accordance with policies and contracts.
• Direct cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, procurement, and service resources.
• Review scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and risks with stakeholders.
• Establish governance, milestones, and communication plans for projects.
• Coordinate kickoffs and ensure proper scheduling of work orders and activities.
• Manage relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
