WesTower Communications Ltd. is seeking a Foreman - Aerial Field Technician to lead our field crews in wireless infrastructure projects. You will supervise tower and site installations, coordinate with project management and customers, and ensure safety and quality across all field operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of wireless/cell-site installation experience, strong safety practices, and the ability to read engineered drawings. Extensive travel across Alberta and Canada is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field crew overseeing wireless/cell-site work.
• 2–5 years in Wireless/Cell Site Installation roles.
• Strong safety discipline and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage field crew safety and on-site workflows.
• Daily communication with project management and customers.
• Supervise tower and cell-site installation activities.
• Oversee antenna modifications and additions.
• Troubleshoot equipment to locate transmission faults.
• Complete timesheets and travel across provinces.
