Job summary

Ralik, a division of Imperial Brady Canada, seeks an outside sales representative for the Montreal West and Montérégie-West territory in Blainville. You will manage and grow the territory, develop new markets and clients to increase sales profitability.

Key duties include developing a base portfolio, expanding existing accounts, executing call plans, maintaining a full sales pipeline, pricing, quotes, and CRM activity, while supporting vendor programs and regional marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in sales/marketing with at least 3 years B2B selling.
• Experience in Packaging and/or Facility Solutions is a plus.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English & French communications with customers and vendors.
• Strong presentation, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop base portfolio of customers.
• Increase sales with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and execute call plans, maintain a full sales pipeline.
• Travel 40–60% to cover territories in Montreal West and Montérégie-West.
• Prepare quotes, pricing files, and order management.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Support vendor programs and marketing initiatives.
• Report to Sales Management and use CRM tools.
