Claridge Homes is seeking a driven Mobile IT Technician to be the go-to problem-solver for sites across the Ottawa region. You will travel to construction sites, sales centres, and retirement communities to resolve support tickets, maintain equipment, and keep our teams connected.

If you like variety, and fast-paced environments, this role is for you. Your day-to-day includes hands-on hardware maintenance, configuring IT equipment, and delivering remote fixes while collaborating with site teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Solid working knowledge of IT and PC applications and software.
• Willingness to travel between sites with a reliable car.
• Self-starter, energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT ticket system and support IT infrastructure across the Ottawa region.
• Ensure company equipment functions properly and provide user support.
• Troubleshoot, test, install, maintain and upgrade hardware and equipment.
• Daily travel to construction sites, sales centres, and retirement communities as required.
• Configure and maintain IT hardware across diverse environments.
• Deliver hands-on desk-side support and remote fixes.
• Lead equipment inventory and lifecycle management.
