Job summary

S+C Partners, a leading CPA and advisory firm in Streetsville, Mississauga, seeks an experienced IT Field Technician to support both internal teams and clients on-site. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, maintain systems, and drive IT projects with a client-focused, proactive approach.

The role emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and building lasting client relationships while delivering innovative IT solutions across a networked environment in the GTA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; alternatively applicable certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of IT technician experience with hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience consulting with external clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to internal teams and clients, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain and upgrade systems; ensure LAN, wireless networks and infrastructure run smoothly.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize IT operations and assist in new tech implementations.
• Offer technical consulting to clients and train users for effective system usage.
• Document visits, issues resolved, and system updates; report insights to management.
