Job summary

An IT services company is seeking an independent contractor Field Technician in Windsor, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and a solid knowledge of Windows 7. Responsibilities include setting up computer hardware, supporting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• 1 year experience working as a Field IT technician or lead break/fix technician.
• Knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and OEM guides.

Responsibilities

• Setup monitors and unpack computer hardware.
• Perform power tests and manage cable organization.
• Travel between locations using a personal car.
