Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Field Heavy Equipment Technician for our Swan River operations, reporting to our Winnipeg Construction and Forestry location. You will repair, maintain, and diagnose construction and forestry equipment and attachments to keep our fleet available for customer projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant field experience with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Comfort with diagnostic work and using related tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate working condition of equipment and perform repairs.
• Order parts and document service actions on work orders.
• Use tools and computer systems for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Document maintenance and inspections accurately in the system.
