Exoticca is seeking a Sales Representative (B2B) in Canada. This field-based role focuses on developing Tier 2 and Tier 3 agency accounts, with regular in-person visits, account activation, and high-frequency market coverage.

You will work with the B2B Sales Team to provide commercial support, product education, and growth opportunities for Silver and Bronze accounts, driving engagement and bookings.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the travel industry.
• Experience within the travel industry is preferred, but strong sales potential and interest in travel are also welcome.
• Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing customer relationships.
• Comfortable spending a significant amount of time in the field visiting Travel Agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Visit Travel Agencies regularly across the assigned territory, maintaining a high-frequency field presence.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of Silver and Bronze accounts within Exoticca's Loyalty Program.
• Build strong relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams as the day-to-day commercial contact.
• Educate Travel Advisors on Exoticca's destinations, products, promotions, booking tools and Loyalty Program.
• Activate and grow existing accounts to move from registration to first booking and increase production.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant and low-producing accounts.
