Job summary

Exoticca is seeking a field-based Sales Representative (B2B) to grow Tier 2 and Tier 3 agency accounts within an assigned territory across North America. You will visit Travel Agencies regularly, activate accounts, and drive bookings through in-person engagements and trainings.

You'll collaborate with the B2B Sales Team and Business Development Managers to provide commercial support, product education, and loyalty program activation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management in travel.
• Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing customer relationships.
• High level of French and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Visit Travel Agencies regularly across the assigned territory, maintaining a high-frequency field presence.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of Silver and Bronze accounts within Exoticca's Loyalty Program.
• Build relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams, acting as day-to-day commercial contact.
• Activate accounts from registration to first booking and increase production.
• Promote group opportunities and identify potential new agency partners.
