Job summary

Emplois Compétences Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. The role requires bilingual capabilities (French and English), a willingness to travel, and a base salary starting at $75,000 CAD annually.

Two weeks summer and two weeks holiday vacation are provided, along with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses. Travel expenses are covered, and RRSP with employer contributions is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within Canada/US; international travel possible.
• Must hold a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Expand and support the dealer and distribution network.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new strategic partners and clients.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing action plans tailored to each account.
• Provide support to dealers, including tracking quotes, leads, and resolving issues.
• Manage in-store retail interactions and guide customers from contact to close.
