Job summary

Brother Canada is seeking a Sr. Manager – B2B Sales to lead national B2B reseller, distribution and catalog channels. You will drive revenue growth, coach a high-performing sales team and shape partner strategy across Canada.

You will collaborate with product and marketing, own MDF decisions, and ensure accurate forecasting. This role supports a hybrid work setting with travel 20–25% out of province.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related field.
• 8–12 years of B2B sales experience.
• 3–6 years leading experienced sellers.
• Experience managing complex, value-based sales cycles.
• Metrics-driven sales management with business objectives.
• Experience in both field and internal sales in B2B.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner recruitment strategy and onboarding.
• Coach and manage a team of B2B sellers.
• Drive partner growth through structured programs and MDF.
• Translate market and partner feedback into insights for product and marketing.
• Forecasting, reporting and business insight for leadership.
