Job summary

Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Network Development professional to optimize the Yamaha Dealer Network across Canada. You will conduct data-driven analyses, model scenarios, and drive strategic decisions for market coverage, profitability, and growth.

The role requires 5–7 years in Sales/Marketing or Dealer Relations with strong BI skills and experience in Tableau, Salesforce, and advanced Excel. Hybrid work with strategic stakeholder collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in a related analytical field; business or sales focus preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years in Sales, Marketing, Network Development or Dealer Relations with BI/reporting experience.
Hands-on experience with BI tools, statistical modelling and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead market studies to identify coverage opportunities and network optimization.
Analyze dealer performance and prepare governance materials for executives.
Manage DX initiatives and integrate DMS/NOVA with PMA goals.
Maintain dealer files and ensure data quality in Salesforce.
Present quarterly insights to the NSC and executives.
