Job summary

Canon Canada is seeking an Account Executive for Federal Government & Public Sector, in a hybrid role. You will manage a dedicated territory, grow sales of TDS hardware, software and services, and oversee government clients across federal and Ontario provincial levels.

You will renew contracts, respond to RFPs, and drive new business through calls and visits. Strong presentation and Salesforce skills required; post-secondary education and 3+ years in sales are expected.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
• Refined analytical abilities to understand client needs and create proposals.
• Intermediate time management and multitasking to meet timelines.
• Intermediate Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow TDS hardware and software market share within a defined territory and meet sales objectives.
• Expand Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) portfolio.
• Maintain federal government contracts and renew copier equipment, handling RFP responses.
• Prospect for new business within a named portfolio, conduct weekly outreach and client visits.
• Lead as the primary contact between Canon, dealers, and federal government clients; deliver demos, proposals, and training.
