Job summary

The City of Edmonton seeks a Client Services Technologist to be the main liaison for maintenance programs across City facilities. You will coordinate projects, balance safety, costs, and timelines while addressing stakeholder needs.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Client Services, you will generate SAP and KPI reports, support schedules, and drive service improvements. A hybrid work model is available. Eligible applicants with relevant tech experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in Construction Engineering Technology or Architectural Engineering Technology.
• Minimum five years of directly related experience in facility maintenance or technical project coordination.
• Eligibility for registration as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with ASET.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Facility Maintenance Services (FMS) and client groups.
• Review and evaluate demand work for facility modifications, prioritizing tasks.
• Collaborate with planners to review planned maintenance schedules and optimize preventive maintenance.
• Analyze maintenance activity, costs, and performance data in SAP; generate KPI reports.
