Job summary

Edmonton Airports is seeking a Maintenance Analyst to optimize our CMMS and support asset and work management across the organization. You’ll work with Facilities Maintenance and Airside Operations to improve processes, governance, and data-driven decision making.

You will also lead system enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, and change initiatives to maximize value from our maintenance systems and technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance-focused team or organization.
• Experience administering and supporting CMMS, including system configuration and data management.
• Strong ability to manage, analyze and utilize maintenance information for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated process improvement mindset and ability to drive change.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with adaptability.
• Proven ability to initiate and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of airport operations and aviation maintenance requirements.
• Commitment to health, safety and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMMS governance and process standardization with accurate asset data and workflows.
• Develop and maintain standardized maintenance work procedures and controls.
• Deliver meaningful reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, and coordination of escalations.
• Support system enhancements and integrations by translating business needs into specs.
• Drive user enablement and change adoption; deliver training and resources.

Post-secondary education including trades and apprenticeships
