Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator in Edmonton to oversee contractor activities for multiple properties and coordinate internal maintenance teams.

You will prioritize maintenance work, manage invoices, and support regional operations while ensuring safety and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in service coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a service coordinator role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize organizational needs.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills: presenting, reporting, negotiating.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with fire suppression and life safety systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all contractor activities for properties under facilities management.
• Provide support to Regional Facilities and Operations team; fleet management and regional requirements.
• Set priorities for preventative maintenance work orders and scheduled tasks.
• Identify and define new facility-related requirements, scopes, and objectives.
• Review, organize and submit invoices to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain third-party contractor relationships for quality and cost effectiveness.
• Contribute to budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Leads, Techs, Site Managers, Leasing Agents, and Regional Managers to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Track day-to-day work orders and create purchase orders using software.
• Ensure safety procedures during repairs, improvements, and maintenance are followed.
