Job summary

PC Corp Canada is seeking a Technical Client Coordinator in Edmonton to support client relationships by tracking technical activity, maintaining records, and ensuring commitments are delivered accurately and on time. This is an administrative account management and client coordination role with internal communication to technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong ability to organize and manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and client development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with organizations.
• Deliver high levels of customer service, satisfaction, retention, and responsiveness.
• Coordinate communications between client and internal teams and ensure updates.
• Maintain a structured client management framework with cross‑team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within accounts.
