Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years experience in F&B management.
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate/diploma in related field.
• Basic security clearance/ServSafe or equivalent beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol and supplies.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
• Plan and organize daily operations and staff schedules.
