Job summary

Pursuit Collection in Jasper, Alberta is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Under general direction you will train, schedule and direct frontline staff to deliver guest experience standards in a busy, high-volume environment.

This full-time permanent role offers staff accommodation subject to availability, a starting wage of $21.00 hourly and opportunities to lead a dynamic team while supporting excellence in service and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

Barista experience required.
Strong customer service skills.
Detail oriented with good communication skills.
Natural ability to lead a team.
Cash handling experience.
High volume experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify daily cash reports.
Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions.
Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role.
Supervising and supporting on the floor.
Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory.
Update staffs schedule and changes.
Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service.
Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders.
Receive payment for all services provided to the customer.
Listen and respond to customer complaints.
Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times.
Relieve Servers as required.
Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
