Job summary
Pursuit Collection in Jasper, Alberta is seeking a Food & Beverage supervisor to lead the front-of-house team, providing coaching and ensuring a knowledgeable, professional guest experience. You will participate in daily operations, coordinate scheduling and performance management, and support the F&B Manager with orders and inventory.
The role requires at least one year in F&B supervision, strong communication and leadership skills, and comfort working in high-volume, outdoor-influenced
Qualifications
- At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
- Detail oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience handling high volume and staying professional under pressure.
- Comfortable standing for long periods in variable weather conditions.
- Experience with POS and cash handling.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, training and coaching to FOH team.
- Coordinate scheduling, recognition and performance management.
- Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory.
- Ensure accurate cash, debit and credit transactions; daily cash reports.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues; escalate as needed.
- Keep restaurant area clean and organized.
