Job summary

Kananaskis Mountain Lodge is seeking an Outlets Manager to lead Woody’s Pub within our F&B team. You will train staff, run shifts, schedule, and ensure top customer service for guests dining with us.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a background in hotel F&B operations and a passion for exceptional guest service. This role is based on-site at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Hotel F&B leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge in all areas of F&B service.
• A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service.
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly motivated and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example, motivates staff, and directs outlet organization for consistent service.
• Oversees leadership, training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Upholds Kananaskis Mountain Lodge F&B standards as the core culture of the outlet.
• Manages daily payroll in line with covers, revenues, and productivity.
• Maintains a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
• Ensures a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
• Provides floor leadership and resources for team success.
• Ensures open communication across hotel departments.
• Develops incentive programs and monthly F&B promotions.
• Involves Restaurant Management for timely performance reviews.
