Job summary

The Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, part of the Marriott family, seeks an experienced Outlets Manager for Woody’s Pub with strong F&B leadership and hotel operations knowledge. You will train and lead the outlets team, schedule shifts, and ensure exceptional service for guests dining with us.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hotel F&B leadership, passion for food and wine, and a proven ability to manage labour costs while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel F&B leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of all areas of F&B service.
• A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service.
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, administrative and staff development abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to business volumes.
• Computer literacy; Micros 9700 and Opera preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Outlets team; manage shifts and scheduling.
• Ensure F&B standards and guest service quality.
• Monitor labour costs and optimize staffing.
• Foster a positive work environment and staff relations.
