Job summary

Dakota Dunes Resort in Canada seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Front of House team, oversee banquets and all hotel outlets, and ensure compliance with F&B policies, standards, and procedures. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and guest service focus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years experience in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Assists in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Maintains the operating budget and verifies standards and legal obligations are followed.
• Coordinates with Banquet Manager and Restaurant Manager to achieve objectives.
• Provides guidance and direction to subordinates and monitors performance.
