The Bessborough Hotel, Autograph Collection in Saskatoon is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily F&B shift operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting budget management. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B, culinary, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related major with 2 years in F&B, culinary, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering Food and Beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program.
• Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operations, and financial objectives.
• Communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up for understanding.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
