Job summary

Delta Hotels Quebec is seeking a General Manager of Food & Beverage to oversee daily F&B shift operations, ensuring compliance with policies, standards and customer expectations. You will manage budgets, drive goals, and supervise staffing to balance guest satisfaction with financial targets.

The role requires leadership across departments, strong adherence to brand standards, and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• OR 2-year degree in related field with 2 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintains operating budget and ensures standards and legal obligations are followed.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Assists in ordering F&B supplies and supervises staffing to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Creates an environment of motivation, teamwork and exceptional guest service.
• Responds to guest concerns and oversees a continuous improvement process.

Education

High school diploma or GED

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
