Kaizen Lab Inc. in Calgary, Alberta seeks an overnight F&B Supervisor to lead servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff. You will oversee operations to meet sales, cost, guest satisfaction, and safety objectives across all F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include supervising overnight shifts, ensuring health and sanitation compliance, inventory control, nightly cash audits, shift reporting, and staff coaching. Casino or resort experience and AGLC Preserve certification are highly regarded.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising F&B staff in multiple outlets or bars.
• Experience in both back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Casino or resort experience preferred.
• Mandatory AGLC Preserve Certification.
• Basic food safety knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise overnight F&B staff including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff.
• Ensure outlets operate efficiently while complying with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Increase year-over-year sales.
• Execute F&B promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving.
• Conduct nightly audits of sales, cash handling, and shift reports.
• Train and coach team members to uphold service standards and policies.
• Collaborate with security and other departments to ensure safety and welcome.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of F&B areas.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to day management.
