Specsavers in Orleans, Ontario is hiring Retail Associates (Eyecare Consultants) to deliver exceptional eye care and affordable eyewear. Full training will be provided for those new to optics, with emphasis on creating memorable customer experiences and guiding shoppers through frame selections.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to learn about frames, lenses and pre-testing procedures.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a friendly store environment.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend eyecare solutions.
• Guide customers in selecting frames that suit lenses and personal style.
• Explain offers, products and services clearly for informed choices.
• Perform pre-screening tests with full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for fit and comfort.
• Process orders for prescription glasses and contacts accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain customer care.
