Specsavers Vernon is seeking Retail Associates (Eyecare Consultants) to welcome customers, guide them through our frame collections, and support first-time contact lens wearers. No optical experience? We provide full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Able to guide customers through eyewear choices and explain products clearly.
• Willing to learn about frames, lenses and pre-testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming store environment.
• Understand customer needs and recommend eyecare solutions.
• Assist in frame selection and ensure a proper fit.
• Explain offers and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Support pre-screening tests and measurements with training provided.
• Process orders for glasses and contact lenses accurately.
