Specsavers in Etobicoke, ON is seeking a Full-Time Retail Associate to join our Eyecare team. You’ll welcome customers, guide frame selections, explain offers, and support first-time contact lens users with full training provided.

Evenings and weekends are required, with up to 40 hours per week. Compensation is $17.60–$19 per hour, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, creating a friendly in-store atmosphere.
• Understand customer needs and recommend eyecare solutions.
• Guide customers in selecting frames to suit lenses and style.
• Explain offers, products and services clearly to aid informed choices.
• Perform pre-screening tests (retinal imaging, pressure checks, visual fields) with full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for a precise fit.
• Process orders for glasses and contacts accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain excellent customer care.
• Act as an ambassador for Specsavers values in every interaction.
