FYidoctors Bedford is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to provide exceptional patient service in a part-time capacity. The role includes greeting patients, handling check-in/out, and supporting pre-testing and appointment coordination.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel within a 20 km radius may be required as part of this clinic team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with computer software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients in person, by phone, and by email.
• Perform pre-testing to support eye care services.
• Coordinate appointments, print prescriptions, and handle billing.
• Assist with eyewear pick-ups and minor repairs/adjustments.
• Deliver outstanding patient service and support clinic operations.
