FYidoctors - Whistler clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service to patients and support efficient clinic operations. You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, assist with pre-testing, and help with appointments, billing, and eyewear care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage check-in/out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
