FYidoctors Tecumseh clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service to patients across in‑person, phone, and email channels. The role involves greeting patients, coordinating appointments, handling payments, and supporting eyewear care in a fast‑paced clinic environment.

This full‑time position (30–40 hours/week) offers a collaborative team setting, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within a leading eyecare provider in Canada.

Qualifikationen

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Our FYidoctors Tecumsehclinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full‑time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
