Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking an organized Event Operations & Experiences Coordinator to oversee procurement, travel, and internal corporate events, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging experiences aligned with company objectives.

You’ll manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, budgets, and post-event content, contributing to a fast-paced culture and scalable operations across Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, and event management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process all incoming corporate marketing external travel requests, hotels and event management.
• Prepare and submit accurate expense reports for internal events and reconcile company credit card statements.
• Track event spend against the budget and flag variances as they arise.
• Plan and execute internal corporate events and employee experiences, including AGM and staff events.
• Coordinate vendor payments and contracts in collaboration with legal and accounts payable teams.
• Coordinate post-event feedback forms and collect content assets for recaps.
