Job summary

Momentum Worldwide is seeking an experienced Senior Experiential Producer to oversee client events and manage end-to-end production across activations, tours, and virtual experiences.

You will lead pre-production, budgeting, staffing, and vendor coordination while ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction across Canada. This role requires frequent travel and a strong background in live event logistics and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in producing live events and experiences including VR, broadcast, and digital.
• 8+ years agency experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience of three or more direct reports and remote teams.
• Proven leader with production expertise across integrated experiential marketing programs and live event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all client events including activations and field marketing programs.
• Pre-production management and implementation of integrated experiential marketing programs.
• Deliver category expertise in live event logistics, mobile marketing, tours and roadshows, stage, sound, lighting, security, staffing.
