Viral Nation is seeking a Senior Manager of Content Marketing (Demand Generation) in Canada. You will own content strategy, editorial calendar, and distribution across channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline.

You’ll lead a content team, work with product, sales, and demand gen, and optimize content velocity for ROI. The role emphasizes editorial leadership with performance measurement, scalable processes, and a social-first, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications, including owning content as a lead-generation channel.
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline via content, MQL/SQL, and revenue impact.
• People leadership and project-management experience building and mentoring content teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and editorial calendar tied to demand-gen and pipeline goals across full funnel.
• Design content-to-conversion paths with gated assets, nurture tracks, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Lead and mentor the content team and freelance/agency resources; ensure content aligns with strategy.
• Build repeatable systems and AI-assisted workflows to deliver quality content at scale.
• Track KPIs like traffic-to-lead, MQL/SQL, and ROI; report insights to leadership.
