Job summary

Orennia, headquartered in Calgary, seeks an organized events & marketing specialist to plan and deliver experiential activations and conferences across North America and the UK. You’ll partner with the Senior Events & Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns, coordinate venues, vendors, and on-site logistics.

A strong writer and communicator with 3+ years in event marketing will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing with a degree or diploma in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead multiple high-touch events and manage timelines.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate experiential activations and marquee events across North America and UK aligned with commercial goals.
• Support events in remote locations including communications, venue coordination, and on-site logistics.
• Use HubSpot Marketing Hub to create landing pages, workflows, emails, and dashboards.
• Research conferences and sponsorships aligned with company goals.
• Manage conference registrations and event tracking.
• Support post-event reporting and cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to campaigns, content coordination, and data management for reporting.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed.
