Ralph’s Motorsports in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join a fast-growing motorsports dealership with 55 years of heritage. You’ll build a high-volume pipeline, promote ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and boats, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

You’ll prospect, follow up, and convert leads, collaborate with management on sales strategies, and stay current on new models.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in motorsports or powersports is preferred.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, and generate new leads.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Must be able to commute to Rocky View County, AB T4B 2T3.

Responsibilities

• Create sales by developing and maintaining a high-volume pipeline for powersports products.
• Sell and promote a wide lineup including ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, street bikes, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Create Sales: Develop and maintain a high-volume pipeline that drives both quality customers and strong sales performance. Sell and promote our extensive lineup of powersports products including ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, street bikes, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, surf boats, and more.
• Generate Leads: We’re looking for someone hungry to succeed — someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, prospect for new business, follow up consistently, and generate their own leads and opportunities.
• Sell Our Company Culture: We sell fun! Understand and promote our company culture and employment brand in every customer interaction.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and purchasing goals to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Collaborate: Work closely with management and the team to develop sales strategies and contribute to marketing initiatives that grow our customer base.
• Be Coachable & Motivated: Bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to continuously improve your sales performance and customer service skills.
• Development: Stay up to date on the latest models, features, and industry trends across all brands we carry so customers always receive the best advice and opportunities.
• Teamwork: Work alongside our parts department to assist customers with accessories and customization options.
• Technology: Use computers, CRM systems, proposal writing, and sales process tools effectively and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Sales professional with a passion for motorsports or powersports
• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable prospecting, following up, and generating leads
• Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Sales experience preferred, especially in motorsports/powersports
• Experience in automotive, motorsports, powersports, or similar industries is considered an asset
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and sales systems
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must be proficient in English
• Must be able to commute to Rocky View County, AB T4B 2T3

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday
