Job description

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED individual (1-3 years) to be part of our growing team of professional exterior cleaning services technicians. The right individual will be mechanically inclined, love working outdoors, have an ability to troubleshoot, work efficiently on jobs and have a helpful willing attitude. Our warehouse/depot is in Chilliwack, but our service area is the whole Fraser Valley.

JOB DUTIES

Exterior cleaning services such as:

• Exterior siding cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Roof cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing

COMPETENCIES

• Experience in gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning etc (1-3 years minimum)
• Light mechanical aptitude and able to troubleshoot
• Able to work flexible hours and sometimes longer shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• MUST be comfortable and able to climb ladders, use lifts and some roof work
• Able to effectively communicate in English with crew and customers
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

• Wage will be determined upon qualifications and experience, with usual start at $23/hour, growing to $29/hour.
• After a 90‑day probationary period, benefits of medical/dental are offered to those eligible (working 30 hours per week or more).

Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour.
