Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or recent graduate.
• Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in developing administrative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the search team with meeting scheduling, preparation, reformatting data, generating reports, and database management.
• Prepare and update client and candidate reports, briefing documents, and proposals for internal and external meetings.
• Manage scheduling for the leadership team's calendar and business needs.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and manage follow‑up tasks through to project completion, including scheduling interviews and updating documentation.
• Support business development outreach by tracking activity through the internal database.
• Draft and prepare customized proposals and engagement letters for new projects.
• Help organize and enhance current and potential client lists.
• Provide backup coverage for other client services team members as needed.
